Marker Reference (Markers)

The Reference Marker drop-down box, which is next to the marker type drop-down box, specifies the reference for a delta marker. A reference marker can be on the same trace as the delta marker, or it can be located on a different trace from the delta marker. In the Reference Marker drop-down box, markers that are on a different trace from the delta marker are labeled with the trace name in parentheses, as shown below.

The value of a delta marker is calculated with reference to the absolute position of the reference marker, even when the reference marker is also a delta marker. The absolute position of a delta marker can be viewed from the Markers Position tab.
