Margin (Line Tab)
The margin value is used to set a margin line offset for a selected limit line. This value is absolute (the sign is ignored). The margin is always applied to be closer to the data than the limit line. The default color for margin lines is yellow but this can be changed in the Color Tab of the Display Preferences Dialog Box. The fail margin color can also be changed there.
The units of margin depend on the Y Format selection set in the Units Tab. The units are dB if Y Format is Log (dB). If is , then the units of margin are the same as the Y-axis units of the limit line points. This is determined by , and set in the .
