PSDU Avg Pulse Amplitude (802.15.4 HRP UWB)

PSDU Avg Pulse Amplitude is the average pulse amplitude level for the PSDU 1) PHY Service Data Unit, or 2) PLCP SDU part of the frame, expressed in dB relative to the average SHR pulse amplitude. The average pulse amplitude is computed from the IQ Meas trace. Only the locations where a pulse exists (-1 or 1 in IQ Ref) are included in the average.
