SHR Peak Power (802.15.4 HRP UWB)
is the power of the peak sample in the Synchronization Header (SHR), calculated over a resampled (2x499.2 MHz Megahertz: A unit of frequency equal to one million hertz or cycles per second.) version of the input time data.
