Frame Info (802.15.4 HRP UWB)
displays data about the current frame.
The following frame information is listed:
-
PHY Mode selected by the user
- indicates the -
- indicates whether the format of the SYNC field is correct according to the configuration. If there are any pulses that are missing or have incorrect polarity or position, or if there are not the correct number of repetitions of the preamble Si symbol, this will show FAIL. Otherwise, it will show PASS.
Pulse polarity/position is not checked in the region defined by Exclude TX Settling Time.
-
SFD Start frame delimiter field is correct according to the configuration. If there are any pulses that are missing or have incorrect polarity or position, this will show FAIL. Otherwise, it will show PASS.
- indicates whether the format of the -
- indicates whether the format of the STS field is correct according to the configuration. If there are any pulses that are missing or have incorrect polarity or position, this will show FAIL. Otherwise, it will show PASS.

- indicates whether the format of the PHR field is correct according to the configuration. If there are any pulses that are missing or have incorrect polarity or position, this will show FAIL. Otherwise, it will show PASS.
-
(Single Error Correct, Double Error Detect) - result of PHR
- PASS: PHR FEC passed with no errors.
- SingleError: there was one bit error that could be corrected.
- DoubleError: there were two bit errors, but could not be corrected.
- Unknown: there were more than two bit errors, uncorrected.
-
- when SECDED=SingleError, shows either the index (zero based) of the PHR bit that was incorrect (and corrected to generate the IQ Ref trace) or "ParityBits" to indicate the single error bit was in the PHR parity bits.
Non-ERDEV, ERDEV-BPRF PHY Modes:
-
- decimal value of Data Rate field in PHR. To the right, the nominal data rate is shown in Hz.
-
- decimal value of Frame Length field in PHR. To the right, the value of the Frame Length field in PHR, shown in units of octets.
-
- decimal value of Ranging bit in PHR. To the right, the interpreted "YES/NO" value of Ranging bit is shown.
-
- value of Reserved bit in PHR.
-
- decimal value of Preamble Duration field in PHR. To the right, the corresponding number of Si repetitions is shown.
ERDEV-HPRF PHY Mode:
-
- value of A1 bit in PHR
-
- value of A0 bit in PHR
-
- decimal value of Frame Length field in PHR. To the right, the value of the Frame Length field in PHR, shown in units of octets.
-
- decimal value of Ranging bit in PHR. To the right, the interpreted "YES/NO" value of Ranging bit is shown.

CRC Cyclic Redundancy Check fails. Otherwise, it will show PASS.
- indicates whether the Payload portion of frame is correct and checks that there are the correct number of symbols according to the configuration. If there are any pulses that are missing or have incorrect polarity or position, this will show FAIL. Payload Status will also fail if the - - shows the PASS/FAIL status of the
