Edit Control Parameters... (LTE-Advanced)

Menu Path: MeasSetup > LTE-Advanced Demod Properties... > Profile(CCx) tab > Edit Control Parameters... where x specifies the component carrier

Edit Control Parameters... opens the DL Control Channel Parameters dialog which allows you to set control channel power boost, PDCCH Physical Downlink Control Channel allocations, PHICH Physical Hybrid ARQ Indicator Channel allocation, and other parameters.
