Edit User Mapping... (LTE-Advanced)

Menu Path: MeasSetup > LTE-Advanced Demod Properties... > Profile(CCx) tab where x specifies the component carrier

Edit User Mapping... opens the LTE Allocation Editor where you can setup user allocations.
