CSI-RSTiming (LTE-Advanced)
shows the average timing error of the cell-specific reference signal for a CSI-RS Channel State Information Reference Signal/Rx path.
CSI channel state information-RSTiming is expressed in nanoseconds relative to the CSI-RS timing error of the reference CSI-RS/Rx path and is calculated from the data in the Measurement Interval.
