RS Tx. Power (Avg) (LTE)

RS Tx. Power (Avg) is the average cell-specific reference signal power on the reference measurement channel for the data in the Measurement Interval. This data result can be used to calculate RSTP as defined in 3GPP TS Technical Specification 36.141 Section F.3.3.

This data result is only applicable to downlink signals.

RS Tx. Power (Avg) is calculated by summing the powers of all resource elements occupied by C-RS Cell-specific RS on the reference measurement channel in the Measurement Interval and dividing by the total number of resource elements in the Measurement Interval.

RS Tx. Power (Avg) is expressed in dBm deciBels referenced to a milliWatt: dB relative to 1 milliwatt dissipated in the nominal input impedance of the analyzer.
