OFDM Sym. Tx. Power (OSTP) is the average symbol transmit power.

For Downlink, the power is the averaged symbol power over symbols on which only PDSCH Physical Downlink Shared Channel and/or PTRS are transmitted.

For Uplink, the power is the averaged symbol power over symbols on which only PUSCH and/or PTRS are transmitted.

If a symbol contains SS/PBCH channel or DMRS channel, it is not included in the OSTP power calculation.
