Selecting Pre-5G Demodulation

Configures the 89600 VSA to demodulate Pre-5G signals (uplink and downlink) that are compliant with the Pre-5G technical specifications listed in About Pre-5G Modulation Analysis.

Configure the demodulator

After selecting the Pre-5G measurement type, the measurement configuration parameters must be configured. Manually configure desired signal to demodulate using the parameters in the Format tab of the Pre-5G Demod Properties dialog box.

Example recording

The 89600 VSA includes an example Pre-5G signal that can be used to help you learn how to use the Pre-5G demodulator. The included signal is listed in the Demo and Recorded Signals topic in the Getting Started book.
