14443B FsToOff (RFID)

14443B FsToOff is defined by ISO/IEC 14443-3:2004 section 7.1.7 and Figure 18 (in the standard) as the time between PICC end of EOF and end of subcarrier.
FsToOff is displayed only for return link bursts of ISO 14443B signals.
