Inst Spectrum (W-CDMA(3GPP)/HSPA)

Channel (x) Inst Spectrum (Instantaneous Spectrum) trace data is the non-averaged frequency spectrum of the pre-demodulated Time trace data, where "x" is the VSA input channel number. Inst Spectrum is the non-averaged Spectrum trace data.

If averaging is on, the Inst Spectrum does not show the effects of averaging. To see the effects of averaging, use the Ch1 Spectrum trace data (W-CDMA).
