Spectrum (W-CDMA(3GPP)/HSPA)

Channel (x) Spectrum trace data is the frequency spectrum of the pre-demodulated Time trace data, where "x" is the VSA input channel number. The Time data is Windowed (filtered) and FFT Fast Fourier Transform: A mathematical operation performed on a time-domain signal to yield the individual spectral components that constitute the signal. See Spectrum. performed to create the Spectrum display.

If averaging is on, Spectrum trace data is the averaged Instantaneous Spectrum trace data. When averaging is set to zero, the Spectrum trace data is equal to the Inst Spectrum trace data.
