Allocation Mode (802.11n/ac/ax/be/bn)
Use the radio button to select between per-user RU/MCS modulation and coding scheme/coding setup and simplified setup.
Legacy – existing per-user RU/MCS/coding setup (default, unchanged behavior).
Variant User Info – simplified setup using the 40-bit Variant User Info field from the IEEE Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. A US-based membership organisation that includes engineers, scientists, and students in electronics and related fields. The IEEE developed the 802 series wired and wireless LAN standards. Visit the IEEE at http://www.ieee.org 802.11 standard. Although multiple users can be defined in a Trigger Frame, only one user is supported.
Variant User Info mode is currently only supported for 802.11bn with distributed RUs. The control is grayed out otherwise.
