[:SENSe]:FREQuency:STOP <num>

(Read-Write) Set and query the stop frequency of the trace.

Relevant Modes

CAT, EMI, NA, NF, RTSA, and SA 

Parameters

<num>

Stop frequency in Hz. Choose a number between the minimum and maximum frequency of the FieldFox.

This command will accept MIN and MAX as arguments.
