(Read-Write) Set and query ARP (Address Resolution Protocol) refresh state.

Note: For enhanced mode streaming ONLY.

Note: This command applies to FieldFox D-series (Fluyt) models and above.

ON / 1 - Enable ARP refresh.

OFF / 0 - Disable ARP refresh.
