LAM - Tune & Listen; set demod type to AM

LFMN - Tune & Listen; set demod type to  narrow band FM

LFMW - Tune & Listen; set demod type to  wide band FM

MAM - Metrics; and set to demod type to AM

MFM - Metrics; and set to demod type to FM
