(Read-Write) Set and query the Listen time for Tune & Listen. While Tune & Listen is actively demodulating a signal, the SA does not sweep and update the display. Listen Time sets the amount of time that the FieldFox demodulates. It then stops to perform a single sweep and update the display, then again demodulates for this amount of time.
