(Read-Write) Set and query the FM modulation rate in Hz.

Parameters

<n>

FM modulation type index. Choose from:

1 - Sawtooth

2 - FM Triangle

3 - FM Sine

<num/string>

FM modulation rate in Hz.

This command will accept DEFault, MINimum and MAXimum as arguments.

Examples

SOUR:FM:INT2:RAT 3000 */Set the FM Triangle rate to 3kHz.

SOUR:AM:INT3:RAT MAX */Set the FM Sine rate to maximum.

Query Syntax

SOUR:FM:INT1:RAT? */Query the Sawtooth rate.
