(Read-Write) Set or query the pulse width on time in seconds (between the rising and falling edges) of a single pulse.

Pulse width value in seconds. 

This command will accept DEFault, MINimum and MAXimum as arguments.

SOUR:PULM:INT4:PWID 30e-3 */Set AM Pulse pulse width to 30ms.

SOUR:PULM:INT3:PWID 15e-2 */Set pulse FM Triangle pulse width to 150ms.
