TRACe<n>:UNCertainty:DATA?

(Read-Only) Query the uncertainty trace data.

Note: Noise Figure has asymmetric uncertainty. Noise Factor and Noise Temperature, have symmetric uncertainty.

This query operates on the selected trace. First select a trace using CALC:PAR<n>:SELect.
