NRZ Eye Width Commands

Command Syntax

:MEASure:EYE:EWIDth:THReshold  {AUTomatic | MTHResholds}

Query Syntax

:MEASure:EYE:EWIDth:THReshold?

Description

Selects the threshold determination method used for the :MEASure:EYE:EWIDth measurement.

  • AUTomatic — Eye Widths are measured at the widest point of the eye crossings. This measurement may be inaccurate if excessive jitter causes difficulty determining the eye crossing.

  • MTHResholds — Eye Widths are measured at the measurement threshold voltage level that you specified in the Configure Measurements dialog box. This threshold may have been automatically calculated (see :MEASure:THReshold:GENeral:METHod).

Specify the threshold determination method before turning the measurement on.
