Jitter Eye Width Commands

Query Syntax

:MEASure:JITTerN:JITTer:EWIDth?

Where N identifies one of four possible jitter/noise analyses {1:4}. For example, JITTer4.

Description

Returns Eye Width which is the width of the eye at the BER level specified for the jitter measurements. Eye Width is the calculated Unit Interval (UI) minus the TJ (1E-XX) measurement result.
