Query Syntax

:MEASure:JITTerN:JITTer:RJ?

Where N identifies one of four possible jitter/noise analyses {1:4}. For example, JITTer4.

Description

Returns RJ (rms), Random Jitter, which is the root-mean-square value of the Gaussian-shaped component of the total jitter.

The measurement shows "rms,wide" or "rms,narrow", depending on the :MEASure:JITTer:JITTer:RJBandwidth setting.
