Query Syntax

:MEASure:JITTerN:JITTer:UDJDd?

Where N identifies one of four possible jitter/noise analyses {1:4}. For example, JITTer4.

Description

Returns UDJ (δ-δ), Uncorrelated Deterministic Jitter Delta-Delta, which is the width of the bimodal equivalent model used to represent all aggregate deterministic jitter as defined in the dual-Dirac model for total jitter, after removing data-dependent jitter. It is the value of DJ (δ-δ) for jitter that is uncorrelated to the data pattern. It is usually equal to PJ (δ-δ).
