Query Syntax

:MEASure:JITTerN:NOISe:RN?

Where N identifies one of four possible jitter/noise analyses {1:4}. For example, JITTer4.

Description

Returns the RN (rms), Random Noise, which is the root-mean-square value of the noise that is uncorrelated to the pattern and follows Gaussian statistics. The value is returned for the level specified by :MEASure:JITTer:NOISe:RN:LEVel.
