Where N identifies one of 64 {1:64} possible limit line tests. For example, :LLINe23.

Where M identifies one of 16 {1:16} possible limit lines.

Description

Returns a string that explains the reason for a failed :MEASure:LLINe:LINE:FPOints? measurement. If the measurement was successful, a null string is returned. Use the :MEASure:LLINe:LINE:FPOints:STATus? parent query to determine if the measurement has failed.
