PAM Jitter Jrms Commands

Command Syntax

:MEASure:PJITterN:JRMS:TRANsition {R01 | R02 | R03 | R12 | R13 | R23
   | F10 | F20 | F30 | F21 | F31 | F32 | COMPosite}

Where N identifies one of four possible PAM jitter analyses {1:4}. For example, PJITter4.

Query Syntax

:MEASure:PJITterN:JRMS:TRANsition?

Description

Selects the edge of a PAM signal that will be measured by the :MEASure:PJITter:JRMS? query.

PAM4 signals have six possible rising edges: 0-1, 0-2, 0-3, 1-2, 1-3, and 2-3, six possible falling edges: 1-0, 2-0, 3-0, 2-1, 3-1, and 3-2, and you can select a COMPosite of all 12 edges.
