"166. The License Service is unavailable."

Description

The licensing service should be configured properly during the Infiniium software installation. You may be able to use the Windows Services view to restart the service, or restarting the Windows operating system should restart the service. If restarting the service does not fix the problem, the cause could be a software installation problem that should be reported to Keysight.
