USB4 Gen 2-4 Detection

The USB4 Gen 2-4 protocol decode automatically determines whether the signal(s) being decoded are Gen 2, Gen 3, or Gen 4 based on the specified Signal Type (see Signal Type Setup) and speed of the signal:

• If the signal type is NRZ, then its speed will determine whether Gen 2 (10 Gbps and 10.3125 Gbps) or Gen 3 (20 Gbps and 20.625 Gbps).
• If the signal type for all source signals is PAM3, the signal(s) are determined to be Gen 4.
