Provided PAM4 Pattern Files

The Infiniium oscilloscope software includes PAM-4 PRBS pattern files that are also included with BERTs.

Files in the C:\Program Files\Keysight\Infiniium\Demo\Patterns\IEEE Folder:

Filename	Description
PRBS13Q_Lane0_bit.ptrn	PRBS13Q Lane 0 pattern (length 8191 bits) as defined in IEEE 802.3 clause 120.5.11.2.3. To get correct output symbols the respective generator needs to have Gray Coding selected.
PRBS13Q_Lane1_bit.ptrn	PRBS13Q Lane 1 pattern (length 8191 bits) as defined in IEEE 802.3 clause 120.5.11.2.3. To get correct output symbols the respective generator needs to have Gray Coding selected.
PRBS13Q_Lane2_bit.ptrn	PRBS13Q Lane 2 pattern (length 8191 bits) as defined in IEEE 802.3 clause 120.5.11.2.3. To get correct output symbols the respective generator needs to have Gray Coding selected.

SSPRQ_bit_SelectGrayCoded.ptrn	SSPRQ pattern (length 131070 bits) as defined in IEEE 802.3bs-2017 clause 120.5.11.2.3. To get correct output symbols the respective generator needs to have Gray Coding selected.
