The Infiniium XR8 real-time oscilloscopes were introduced with version 2026 of the Keysight Infiniium software.

The distinguishing features of the XR8 oscilloscopes are:

• A 4-channel 128 Gsa/s 12-bit high-definition ADC oscilloscope with 2.92 mm input connectors.
• Superior signal integrity: lower noise, improved vertical resolution, and more accurate insight into high-speed signals
• A single, scalable model—upgradeable in bandwidth (from 8 GHz to 33 GHz), acquisition memory (from 1 Gpts to 8 Gpts), and other software features.
• A smaller physical footprint with a compact, efficient design—over a third lighter, four times quieter, and consuming 33% less power than traditional high-performance oscilloscopes.
• A large, high-resolution touchscreen.
• Modern Infiniium 2026 software designed to accelerate development.
• Multi-core processing enabling fast, parallel measurements.
• Advanced analysis such as jitter decomposition and SNDR that provide deeper visibility into signal behavior.
• Automated compliance testing and user-defined functions and measurements.
