Where n is an integer between 1 and NOP (number of measurement points):

• <numeric n×2-1>:  primary parameter at the n-th measurement point. (For the complex format or the polar format, real part of data)

• <numeric n×2>: secondary parameter at the n-th measurement point. Always 0 when the data format is not the complex or polar formats. (For the complex format or the polar format, imaginary part of data)

The number of data is {NOP×2}
