Applicable Models: N522xB, N523xB, N524xB, E5080A (Read-only) Applying a 10 MHz signal to the Reference Oscillator connector automatically sets the Reference Oscillator to EXTernal. This command allows you to check that it worked.

Applicable Models: M937xA, P937xA (Read-only) Reads the 10 MHz Reference Oscillator 'locked' condition. When SENS:ROSC:SOUR is set to Internal, this command will always return "LOCKed". When SENS:ROSC:SOUR is set to External, then this function takes about 100 usec to read the state of the hardware. |
