There are many ways to perform the same actions when using the test set manually. This topic provides step-by-step procedures that are optimized for use when you have not connected a USB mouse or keyboard to the test set.
Although you can use the test set more easily and efficiently when a USB mouse and keyboard are connected, the test set includes a number of keys and a Cursor Control knob that enable you to navigate Windows without connecting a USB mouse and keyboard. The test set's front panel keys are shown in the following graphic.
Refer to one of the following procedures:
To Increase the Size of a Window or Restore it to its Original Size
To Cycle Through the Test Set's Applications and Other Programs in the Order They Were Opened
To Use Standard Windows Dialog Boxes (such as the Date and Time Properties dialog box)
