These commands return the Root Raised Cosine (RRC) filtered mean power results from the Dedicated Physical Channel (DPCH) measurement suite.

Queries the DPCH measurement suite integrity, the RRC filtered mean power's overall pass fail result, and the average RRC filtered mean power.

RRC filtered mean power overall pass/fail result: 0 (pass), 1 (fail)
Average RRC filtered mean power: <nr3> in dBm and 9.91 E+37 (NAN)
Test Set Requirements: E6601A WCTS Program Version A.05 and above
