Installation

From the Internet

If you are downloading and installing the software from the Internet, do the following:

1.

System Requirements

Verify that the instrument and PC meet the requirements.

2.

.NET Framework

Download and install .NET Framework.

3.

Keysight IO Libraries

Download and install Keysight IO Libraries.

4.

Keysight License Manager

Download and install Keysight License Manager.

5.

Signal Studio Software

Download and install Signal Studio software.

6.

Equipment Setup

Determine the IO interface, configure the equipment and connect the PC.

7.

Testing Connections

Check that the software communicates with the instrument.

From the Signal Studio DVD

The Signal Studio DVD automates much of the installation process. To install the software from the DVD, do the following:

  1. Perform step 1 above.

  2. Insert the DVD and follow the prompts.

  3. Perform steps 6 and 7 above.
