The examples below show how the software sets the frequency after you enter the Frequency Band, the ARFCN, and select Mobile or Base as the Transmit Device.

In the figure below, the P-GSM 900 frequency band is selected with Base as the Transmit Device. The corresponding frequency range from the table is 935 to 960 MHz. The entry of 124 forARFCN causes the software to set the frequency at the upper limit of the frequency range for Base (959.8 MHz).

Click the Generate Waveform button to update the frequency setting.

In the example below, the ARFCN is set to 1. The Frequency Band remains set at P-GSM 900 and Transmit Device remains set at Base. When the waveform is generated, the software sets the frequency to the lower limit of the frequency range for Base (935.2 MHz).
