Downloading the waveform places the signal generator in the remote operation mode and deactivates front panel operation. On the signal generator, press the key to restore front panel operation.
Check the signal generator for error messages; if possible, correct the conditions indicated by the messages.
When a setting conflict (error) occurs, an error number and a brief message appear at the bottom of the signal generator display. To view the full text of the error messages use the method shown for your instrument:

Press the
hardkey on the signal generator front panel to view error messages on
the display.
