The status bar at the bottom of the window updates in real-time to show the status of operations, such as waveform generation and downloading. Software licensing information for the connected instrument is also displayed here.
The status bar is divided into the following three sections:
This section shows the status of the software's setup.
The following are some of the possible run status messages:
Initializing... |
The software is setting up system parameters when the program starts. |
Ready |
The program successfully initialized. |
Opening the settings file... |
The program is reading the parameters from the settings file. |
Saving the settings file... |
The program is saving the parameters to a settings file. |
This section shows the status of the connection to the instrument.
The following are some of the possible connection status messages:
Connected |
The instrument connection is verified. |
Not Connected |
The software cannot connect to the instrument. |
Blank (no text) |
Simulated hardware mode. |
This section shows license status, waveform generation progress, and error information for your setup. To view messages for multiple errors, use the status window.
