A device-specific error indicates that the instrument has detected an error that occurred due to some improper operations, or possibly an abnormal hardware/firmware condition. For example, an attempt by the user to set an out-of-range value will generate a device specific error.
These are general errors generated by the core instrument.

This error occurs when the application that is running does not contain both TD-SCDMA and GSM/GPRS, or the required license is not installed. |
+180 TD-SCDMA settings deferred; AWGN power > +10 or < -25 dB relative to cell power |
A setting is deferred when that setting causes incompatibility between related settings. The test set will allow the entry of incompatible settings but the change will not affect signal levels until the incompatibility is resolved. |
+181 TD-SCDMA settings deferred; One or more Test Mode code channel power levels > 30 dB below total RF power |
A setting is deferred when that setting causes incompatibility between related settings. The test set will allow the entry of incompatible settings but the change will not affect signal levels until the incompatibility is resolved. |
+182 TD-SCDMA settings deferred; One or more Active Cell code channel power levels > 30 dB below total RF power |
A setting is deferred when that setting causes incompatibility between related settings.

This error occurs when the operating mode is TD-SCDMA Test, but the channel type is 12.2k + HSDPA at the same time.

The Channel Types of 64 kbps RMC, 64k UL/144k DL AM RMC and 64k UL/384k DL AM RMC do not function when the Operating Mode is TD-SCDMA Test. |
