Function

Sets/queries the Uplink Closed Loop Power Control Mode in TD-SCDMA operating mode.

The setting form of this command performs two functions: (1) sets the TD-SCDMA Test DL DPCH level and (2) sets TD-SCDMA Test DL DPCH level state to on.

The query form of this command returns the TD-SCDMA Test DL DPCH level.
