Function

Sets/queries the Radio Bearer Setup Message RLC Configuration.

This setting controls the underlying RLC configuration of the Radio Bearer Setup message sent in the DL when PS domain radio bearers are set up.This setting can not be changed in Active Cell operating mode. This setting is remote control only.
