Setting	Range: 0 to 4294967294 Resolution: 1
Query	Same as setting.
*RST Setting	0
Requirements	Test Application Revision: A.07 and above. Lab Application Revision: C.02 and above.
Programming Example OUTPUT 714;"CALL:TMSI 1348339801" ! Sets the TMSI to 1348339801.
