Remarks
VXI instrument vendors do not ordinarily expose the information needed to directly access a VXI instrument using registers. This information is cryptic and may change from firmware version to firmware version. Instead, vendors provide instrument drivers, software front panels, and other programs for instrument access. Under normal circumstances, instrument end users should not attempt to access VXI backplanes or instruments using this class.
