CXA — N9000A/B
In this adjustment, flatness corrections are turned off. Amplitude error versus frequency of the analyzer’s 75 ohm input is measured at 10 dB attenuation for preamp off from 1 MHz to 1.5 GHz.
The flatness corrections for 50 ohm input stored initially in the analyzer’s memory are used in computing the flatness corrections for 75 ohm input. The path loss between 50 ohm and 75 ohm inputs at 10 dB attenuation for preamp off from 1 MHz to 1.5 GHz is determined, and used with the flatness corrections for 50 ohm to generate flatness corrections for 75 ohm input for each attenuator step for both preamp off and on. The data is then stored in memory.
The related functional test for this adjustment is Frequency Response (Option C75).
