Frequency Reference Accuracy Performance Test

The instrument is turned ON, set to Internal Reference mode, and allowed to warm up for four hours. The frequency of the 10 MHz Reference is measured at the DUT's rear-panel port using a frequency counter which is locked to a primary frequency standard. The measured value is compared to the allowable offset guideline and is included in the Performance Test printout.
