Some units have excessive LO feed thru in SA band one (below 10 MHz). This adjustment measures LO feed thru. If there is excessive feed thru, then a frequency offset is applied to LO settings in band one. For instruments with Option 110 (Transmission Measurements for CAT/NA) and without the SA option, a default offset of 30 MHz is used.
