Remarks

For Spectrum input domain data use Measurement.Spectrum.Frequency instead of Measurement.Frequency to setup frequency related parameters.

This property indicates the input domain that the analysis part of the measurement requires and is using. But, the data acquisition part of the measurement may be capable of using other input domains and converting within the measurement before the analysis part to the input domain required for the analysis part of the measurement. See the ActiveInputDomains to get an indication of what the current input domain is for the data going into the pre-analysis part of the measurement.
